Goan finance firm signs MOU

PANAJI: Goan financial services firm, Iv Advisors, on Friday, announced the signing of a MOU with Transaction Square, a Mumbai based investment banking company. “The strategic tie-up will allow us to expand footprint,” said Sunil Dias, founder, Iv Advisors. He added that, Iv Advisors headquarters will continue to remain in Panaji but the firm will be providing services in other cities including places like Belagavi, Hubli and Kolhapur in collaboration with its new MOU partner. Iv Advisors is a family business advisory firm. It helps family businesses deal with stagnating or unpredictable growth through advisory in business planning, process improvement, organisational transformation and succession planning. Transaction Square is founded by Girish Vanvari, former head of tax at KPMG. The Mumbai based company is present in nine locations across India. NT

 

Life insurance: PNB MetLife, ESAF Small Finance Bank ties up

MUMBAI: PNB MetLife, one of the top 10 private life insurance companies in India and Kerala-based ESAF Small Finance Bank, have entered into a strategic partnership. The partnership will provide the customers across the ESAF SFB network with access to an expanded financial services suite. A corporate agency agreement was signed to this effect. The alliance will enable PNB MetLife to reach both existing and new ESAF SFB customers with insurance products, while ESAF SFB will be able to provide its customers an access to a wide array of life insurance products and services. As per the corporate agency agreement, ESAF SFB will leverage its outlets to offer PNB MetLife’s life insurance products.
